Fun Fact: PureSpect Oranges uses near-infrared sensors to test all of their oranges for acidity, sweetness, and moisture without opening any oranges. This increases the consistency and taste of the oranges unlike traditional farm where they uses a sample from the harvest to determine the taste of the oranges for the whole batch!
