• More than 15% of berries are soft or damaged
• Wrong item delivered

We offer partial refunds (50%) in these situations:

• Berries significantly smaller than jumbo size standard

We cannot provide refunds in these situations:

• Minor variations in sweetness (natural in all fruit)
• Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery
• A few soft berries (under 10% is considered normal for delicate berries)
• Slight color variations among berries
• Natural bloom on berries (this silvery coating is a sign of freshness)
