Purchase Policy
We do not reserve fruits upon purchase to ensure freshness and quality when we deliver, thus
some items that was available during purchase may be unavailable on the day of delivery.
Customer can choose to either change the missing item to other products or request for a refund.
In the event that there is new stock for the fruit that was purchase, and there is a price difference for the fruit in question,
customer will be given a choice to either top-up or remove the item and ask for a refund.
Return and Exchange Policy
One for One Return, Exchange or Refund Policy within 24 hours from delivery.
After 24 Hours, no return, exchange or refund will be allowed.
Customers are encouraged to check the goods upon receiving the fruits.
A refund or exchange of fruits will be facilitated via WhatsApp or Call.

2) Goods are damaged in the process of delivery
3) Goods are inedible
